Gandalf
Gandalf was born out of an inherent need to verify information. As is the case in computer security: trust, but verify.
But what is it?
Gandalf is a platform for evaluating claims through group participation. It helps communities assess the reliability of information, amongst themselves.
The platform separates claim submission and participation from verification \[v \in S \forall v \in V\] where \(v\) is a verifier and \(S\) is a verification group. To distribute the workload, verifiers are automatically assigned to claims based on who has verified the fewest claims recently. Claims can also be supported by sources.
